Zdravím,
MG4, 64bit, KDE.

používám sw HPLIP, kde nebyl jediný problém až doposud, kdy ze dne na den, bez jakohokoli přičinění nelze scanovat. Prostě kliknu na scan, dřívě naběhla tabulka, dnes kliknu a neděje se ale vůbec nic, jako bych ani neklinul. Přítom normálně tiskne, s tiskárnou komunikuje, ale neskenuje.
Nějaké nápady? zkoušel jsem odinstalovat a znova instalovat, ale nepomohlo to, zkoušel jsem i odebrat tiskárnu, ale to nějak nejde, stále tam je a stále funguje. Scanovat potřebuju vcelku nutně a tohle je na nervy!

Ahoj. Sice ti asi moc neporadím, co se týče softwarovýho problému, ale napadá mě...Nemáš na té tiskárně přímo tlačítko nebo možnost vybrat, že chceš skenovat? Například já mám na tiskárně přímo tlačítko, který když stisknu, tak se začne skenovat a po dokončení mi to otevře správce souborů s naskenovaným souborem. Nejde to u tebe taky?

takže přes ten HPLIP to nejde stále, nicméně přes aplikaci "jednoduché scanování" to jede bez problémů. Co se týče toho přímého tlačitka na tiskárně tak ano, mám ho tam, ale když stisknu, tak se objeví, jestli chci scanovat do pc a potom pouze počítač ženy, která má Widle, takže tak...

Nainstaluj pod rootem i se závislostmi a zkopíruj výpis i s tímto příkazem:

Po instalaci zapni tiskárnu/skener, proveď test, pak ještě opět pošli pod userem výpis z:

Tak teď už nejenom, že neskenuje, ale už vůbec s tiskárnou nekomunikuje. Jako vidí ji, množství inkoustu a tak, ale netiskne, nic. Přitom všechno šlo perfektně, ale samo, ano samo od sebe se stalo tohle...

Takže vyřešeno díky panu Yullawovi.
Stačilo přejít na URL localhost:631 a smazat nepotřebné tiskárny a nastavit jako výchozí. V programu HP Manageru HPLIP to nejde, protože je to chyba v samotném manageru. Dá se ale krásně scanovat přes Xsane, nebo příkazem hp-scan nebo přes jednoduché scanování.
Problém vyřešeno a ještě jednou díky Yullawovi za bezkonkurenční servis ;-)
