Xfce 4.10 pro Mageia 1 - jak na to

how did you perform update? I guess you are using Mageia 1 (not MGA2 -- I haven't test in on MGA2 yet)
1.) add correct repository:
urpmi.addmedia --update xfce http://petos.cz/rpm/mageia/1/xfce410/i586
2.) run
urpmi --auto-update

this is output from urpmi --auto-update?

Because it seems like not all of needed packages are avalaible. You can try to remove xfburn before update, it might cause some problems.

Yeah it's mageia 1 where i try to install it,and yes it's output of urpmi --auto-update,and that remove xfburn did nothing to that problem,i think it's not xfburn what is making this conflict,and it was virtualbox install so nothing breaks my computer

to obtain verbose description. We should be able to find what is the problem. Strange is, that noone else has such kind of problem (the bug in comment 2 was caused by forgotten package, that was not rebuilded).

I uploaded file when i try to upgrade xfce with verbose mode.

I can see the problem now -- it was caused by package xfswitch-plugin and by some old cached files. I fixed the package, so please now:
clean cache:

Nope same conflicts with packages,i even try to remove/rebuild rpm database but nothing.

I find out that your ‎libxfce4util6 is not supporting my language what is finnish (finland) so even if i get it working xfce will not going to work with my mother language and it will be in english language.

Chci se zeptat jestli se to projevuje jen na mém PC ale při prvním spuštění Thunaru (kliknu na ploše na ikonu složky) trvá toto spuštění strašně dlouho? cca 5 vteřin
Další spuštění jsou už pak OK

Well, I can see finnish locale files in /usr/share/locale/fi.
I'm not able to determine any problem. Can you perform the vebrose urpmi once more again?

Is that ‎libxfce4util4 needed package with newest xfce ? here is depencies of that package,this may work if you rebuild those packages against libxfce4util6
- libxfprint0-4.6.1-5.mga1.i586
- task-xfce-2-7pts1.noarch
- xfbib-0.0.2-9.mga1.i586
- xfburn-0.4.3-4.mga1.i586
- xfprint-4.6.1-5.mga1.i586
and i tested that verbose mode but nothing new about it.

I have not been able to rebuild xfburn. Remove it from the system, update xfce repository and please, try again. I have updated all packages, you have listed above but xfburn... But as far as I know there is some bigger issue at xfburn...

Yeah i removed with rpm nodeps option that libxfceutil4 and xfburn and updated xfce and now it's working like a dream.

finally In case you're about upgrade to MGA2 I advise you to wait till I rebuild Xfce 4.10 to MGA2 -- because officially it will not be ported to MGA2, there will be still some meta-stage between Xfce 4.8 and 4.10.

(when mga2 will be released as well http://petos.cz/rpms/mageia-2 will work). However the list of the software is not up-to-date, I'm working on some auto-generated list: I'm not lazy to spent a lot of hours on building, but I'm lazy to spent 2 minutes to update the list ).
